The $100 service fee for returns will be waived on all orders placed through January 31, 2017. No promo code needed at checkout.
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. In many cases, it can take about 21 nights for your body to adjust to the feeling of your new mattress. That’s why we give you ample time to try your mattress with our 60-night trial. If you determine at any time, up to 60 nights after delivery of your airweave, that you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment, less our service fee of $100.
Every airweave product ships free to all customers. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or countries outside of the United States.
For airweave Mattress orders: Please allow up to 6 business days to receive tracking information and up to 14 business days for the delivery. These are considered oversized items that require special handling and freight service. An optional $40 White Glove Service is available at checkout if you would like the mattress carried into your home and set up in the room of your choice. If you opt to not select this, we will deliver the mattress to your door.
For airweave Top Mattress & airweave Portable orders: Please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking information and up to 6 business days for delivery. These are considered standard size and are shipped either by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
If you wish to return your airweave, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your purchase information, no later than the 60th day after the original delivery date. Please have your order number, or name on the order handy when contacting us. We will provide further assistance to schedule the removal service of your airweave.
Any items you wish to return (not including items that arrived defective or were shipped incorrectly) will be subject to a $100 removal service fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. All Mattress and Top Mattress purchases must be returned via the removal service.
If you receive an order that is defective or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at email@example.com immediately for assistance.
