We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. In many cases, it can take up to 30 days for your body to adjust to the feeling of your new mattress. That's why we give you ample time to try your mattress with our 100-night trial. Try our mattresses, toppers, portables, traveler, or futon for 30 nights and if you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment as long as you get in touch within 100 days from when your item was delivered.
Every airweave product ships free to all customers. We currently do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada at checkout but we are happy to provide shipping quotes for smaller items going to Hawaii or Canada.
For airweave Mattress orders: Please allow up to 6 business days to receive tracking information and up to 14 business days for the delivery. These are considered oversized items that require special handling and freight service. An optional $40 White Glove Service is available at checkout if you would like the mattress carried into your home and set up in the room of your choice. If you opt to not select this, we will deliver the mattress to your door.
For all other items including the Mattress Advanced: Please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking information and up to 6 business days for delivery. These are considered standard size and are shipped either by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
If you wish to return your airweave, please contact email@example.com and provide your purchase information for assistance. Please note our policies differ depending on the item purchased. The airweave Mattress, Mattress Advanced, Futon, Top Mattress, Portable, and Ritz Paris Collection have a 100 day trial. All other products must be returned unused within 30 days and are subject to a return fee.
100 Night Trial Items: Please continue your trial for 30 days in order to properly test out our products as your body needs time to adjust. If you request a return prior to 30 days, you will be subject to a $150 service fee. After 30 days, there is no charge to return.
If you receive an order that is defective or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for assistance.
