Return and Refund Procedures
60 Night Trial
The $100 service fee for returns will be waived on all orders of the airweave Mattress, Top Mattress, Portable, and Ritz Paris Collection models placed through September 15th, 2017. No promo code needed at checkout.
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. In many cases, it can take about 21 nights for your body to adjust to the feeling of your new mattress. That’s why we give you ample time to try your mattress, top mattress, and portable with our 60-night trial. If you determine at any time, up to 60 nights after delivery of your airweave, that you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment, less our service fee of $100.
Seat Cushion - 30 Day Return Policy
Customers have 30 days to return our Seat Cushion, in new condition. Please keep original tags on and packaging. Customer may opt for a pre-paid return label (and will be deducted $15 from refund) or may return by the method of their choice. Please see return procedure for more.
We do not accept returns on any items marked on sale. These items are FINAL SALE and the 60 night trial does not apply.
If you wish to return your airweave, please contact email@example.com for assistance with your purchase information. Please have your order number, or name on the order handy when contacting us. We will provide further assistance to schedule the removal service of your airweave.
Any items you wish to return (not including items that arrived defective or were shipped incorrectly) will be subject to a $100 removal service fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. All Mattress and Top Mattress purchases must be returned via the removal service.
If you receive an order that is defective or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for assistance.
Looking to switch out the airweave you purchased for another model or size? Not a problem! Essentially we treat exchanges like a return and new purchase. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order information and we can provide next steps.
In-Store Purchase Policies

Your refund will be in a form of the original payment, less the $100 service fee.
The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item.
Credits will be issued after the pickup confirmation by our removal service or after the arrival of the item to our warehouse. Should the item be coming back to our warehouse please allow up to 1 week for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
