Return and Refund Policies & Procedures

100 Night Mattress & Topper Trial

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Since it may take some time for your body to adjust to the firmness of our products we require a minimum trial period of 30 nights within the full 100 night return policy. That way we can ensure you've given your body enough time to try and adjust to your New airweave Mattress, New airweave Mattress Advanced, Top Mattress, Top Mattress Luxe, Futon, Portable, or Ritz Paris Collection product. If you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a partial refund in the form of the original payment as long as you get in touch within 100 days from when your item was delivered AND you have tried the product for a minimum of 30 days. If you choose to return one of the items above you will be subject to a $200 return service fee.

Accessories Return Policy

All sales are FINAL for our accessories excluding the airweave Portable and Ritz Collection products.  

If you receive an order that is defective, damaged or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at support@airweave.us within 48 hours of receiving your order for immediate assistance.

 

Return Procedure

If you wish to return your airweave, please contact support@airweave.us for assistance with your purchase information. Please have your order number, or name on the order handy when contacting us. We will provide further assistance to schedule the removal service of your airweave. For the airweave Mattress, Top Mattress, Futon, Portable and Ritz Paris Collection: Please note that a return cannot be initiated before the required minimum 30 night use.  A $200 service fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Hawaii & Canada

Please contact us to begin your return request for any mattress, topper, portable which is under our 100 night trial policy. We can only refund you if you can donate or recycle the item on your own and provide proof of removal. A $200 service fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

Looking to switch out the airweave you purchased for another model or size? Not a problem! Essentially we treat exchanges like a return and new purchase. Please get in touch with us at support@airweave.us with your order information and we can provide next steps. If you are purchasing a new item that is eligible for a 100 night trial, you will be honored that benefit. Customers are not eligible for a new 100 night trial when re-purchasing the same product style. 

A $200 service fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3rd-Party Returns

What is the return policy if I purchased an airweave product not from airweave.com?

For purchases made on other websites or stores such as Amazon or Rakuten, we do not offer a 100 night trial. All products must be returned unused, in new condition. A $100 restocking fee applies to any Mattress, Futon or Topper. For any other third party retailer you may have purchased from, please contact the company for details on their policies.

Refund Procedure

Your refund will be in a form of the original payment, less any fees outlined in the Return Policy.

The amount refunded will be the purchase price paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions or coupons that you received), including sales tax charged with respect to the item.  A $200.00 return service fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Credits will be issued after the pickup confirmation by our removal service or after the arrival of the item to our warehouse. Should the item be coming back to our warehouse please allow up to 1 week for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
