Trial, Shipping & Returns

100 Night Mattress & Topper Trial

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Since it may take some time for your body to adjust to the firmness of our products we require a minimum trial period of 30 nights within the full 100 night return policy. That way we can ensure you've given your body enough time to try and adjust to your New airweave Mattress, New airweave Mattress Advanced, Top Mattress, Top Mattress Luxe, Futon, Portable, or Ritz Paris Collection product. If you are not completely satisfied you are eligible for a partial refund in the form of the original payment as long as you get in touch within 100 days from when your item was delivered AND you have tried the product for a minimum of 30 days. If you choose to return one of the items above you will be subject to a $200 return service fee.

Accessories Return Policy

All sales are FINAL for our accessories excluding the airweave Portable and Ritz Collection products.

If you receive an order that is defective, damaged or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at support@airweave.us within 48 hours of receiving your order for immediate assistance.

Shipping

Every airweave product ships free to all customers. We currently do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada at checkout but we are happy to provide shipping quotes for smaller items going to Hawaii or Canada. We cannot ship King or Cal King Mattresses. 

  • For New airweave Mattress sizes King - Cal King and New airweave Mattress Advanced sizes Queen - Cal King Mattress orders: Please allow up to 7 business days to receive tracking information and up to 2-3 week for the delivery. These are considered oversized items that require special handling and freight service. 

  • For all other sizes and items: Please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking information and up to 5-7 business days for delivery. These are considered standard size and are shipped either by USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Return Procedure

  • If you wish to return your airweave, please contact support@airweave.us and provide your purchase information for assistance. Please note our policies differ depending on the item purchased. The airweave Mattress, Mattress Advanced, Futon, Top Mattress, Portable, and Ritz Paris Collection have a 100 day trial and a $200.00 return service fee. 

  • 100 Night Trial Items: Please continue your trial for 30 days in order to properly test out our products as your body needs time to adjust.

  • If you receive an order that is defective, damaged or was shipped incorrectly, you must keep the item in its original packaging with all tags in tact and contact us at support@airweave.us within 48 hours of receiving your order for immediate assistance.

Hawaii & Canada

Please contact us to begin your return request for any mattress, topper, portable which is under our 100 night trial policy. We can only refund you if you can donate or recycle the item on your own and provide proof of removal.
